KSD Special Olympics Bowling Rolls Into a Record Year!

Our Kearney School District Special Olympics bowling team enjoyed a fantastic fall season, with a record 33 athletes and 23 buddies participating in practices at Tiger Bowl in Excelsior Springs!
Throughout September and October, our Bulldogs came together to sharpen their bowling skills, encourage one another and enjoy some friendly competition. The practices were a wonderful opportunity for our students to build friendships, celebrate accomplishments and have fun together.
A special thank-you to all of our dedicated Special Olympics coaches, student buddies and families who helped make this season such a success! And thank you to Kearney High School Photo Club member Amelia Emig for capturing these great moments from the bowling alley!
We're proud of all our Bulldogs!
