NOTE: The "Activities/Athletic Commitment Form,” the "MSHSAA Annual Form" and the "HUDL Consent Form" will need to be completed for every student using Kearney School District’s PowerSchool portal. Read the “Forms and Physicals Reference” document for guidance with that process.
